Casa Gaudi Apartment House Rules

Dear Visitor,

GJR Events Abroad Limited (which operates SenorStag.com and Henorita.com) warmly welcomes you to Barcelona. We want all our guests to have a fantastic stay in our beautiful and exciting city.
To make sure that there are no problems between you, your neighbours, the police (!) and us, all clients must respect the HOUSE RULES.

Please read the following house rules carefully :

• Please respect the noise level at all times in the stairwells and the apartments.
  Parties, loud music and unacceptable noise are not allowed in the apartments ! Your neighbours in the apartment block where you are staying go to work every day and want to relax at the weekend, just like you do at home. No loud disturbances will be tolerated during the following quiet hours :

  Quiet Hours:
  Monday – Friday : 22:00 – 08:00
  Saturday – Sunday : 24:00 – 10:00

  Do as the locals do and you’ll be fine : Party hard at night, have a great time, then come back to sleep and recover for your next night out in Barcelona.

• The apartment(s) you have reserved are only to be used by the listed group members who booked with us, and who are listed on the booking form.
• Smoking in the apartments is prohibited. Please feel free to smoke on the terrace, balcony or outside.
• Please switch off lights, air-conditioning and all appliances when you leave the apartment. Wasting energy is obviously environmentally unfriendly. It also causes higher costs for us, which makes keeping our prices down for future groups more difficult.
• Please ensure that the windows and doors are locked when you leave the apartment.
• On your departure, please take rubbish out of the apartment(s) and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

By respecting these house rules and your neighbours, you allow us to continue offering this type of accommodation to future groups in Barcelona. Have a great time in Barcelona !
