22:30	Check in to hostel, chill out for evening
	DAY 2
10:00	After breakfast at hotel, get kitted out at activity centre
11:00	14 kms of fantastic white water rafting or 3 hours canyoning
13:00	Get showered and changed back at activity centre
13:30	Have leisurely Spanish lunch at nearby restaurant
15:00	Return to Barcelona
19:00	Arrive back at hotel in Barcelona
