Get picked up directly from Barcelona airport and drive to the Pyrenees. Stay overnight in a hostel, then go White Water Rafting or Canyoning in the morning. After lunch, return to Barcelona by the evening.

White Water Rafting
To make the most of your stay in the Pyrenees (and the 3 hour drive!), we highly recommend a package with overnight accommodation. Otherwise, you'll be spending a lot of time on the road in 1 day, and not enjoying the activities and chilling out in the beautiful Spanish countryside.
The format that seems to work best is going straight to the Pyrenees from the airport, then coming back the next day (or day after) for a kicking hen weekend in Barcelona.
